The MIC5330-SMYML-TR is a dual ultra low dropout (ULDO,Ñ¢) linear voltage regulator designed for portable electronics. It features two independent outputs, each capable of delivering 300mA, and operates within an input voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V. The device boasts an ultra-low dropout voltage of 75mV at 300mA, high power supply ripple rejection (PSRR) exceeding 70dB at 1kHz, and an ultra-low output noise of 30¬µV RMS, making it suitable for RF and noise-sensitive applications. Packaged in a compact 2mm x 2mm leadless MLF¬Æ format, the MIC5330 occupies significantly less board space compared to traditional packages. It also includes features such as thermal shutdown protection, current limit protection, and a low quiescent current of 75¬µA per output. The regulator is designed for applications including mobile phones, PDAs, GPS receivers, and portable media players, providing excellent load and line transient response with a fast startup time of 30¬µs.
