The MIC5320-NNYD6-TR is a dual ultra low-dropout (ULDO,Ñ¢) linear voltage regulator designed for portable electronics, featuring two independent outputs capable of delivering 150mA each. It operates within an input voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V and has an ultra-low dropout voltage of 35mV at 150mA, making it suitable for applications where space and efficiency are critical. The device is packaged in a compact 6-pin 1.6mm x 1.6mm Thin MLF¬Æ package, which is significantly smaller than traditional packages, thus saving board space. It is stable with a minimal output capacitance of 1¬µF, allowing for reduced component costs. The MIC5320-NNYD6-TR also features low quiescent current of 85¬µA per output, fast turn-on time of 30¬µs, thermal shutdown protection, and current-limit protection, enhancing its reliability in various applications such as mobile phones, PDAs, and digital cameras.
