The MIC5320-KDYMT-TR is a dual ultra low-dropout (ULDO,Ñ¢) linear voltage regulator designed for portable electronics. It features a compact 6-pin 1.6mm x 1.6mm Thin MLF¬Æ package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. This regulator supports an input voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V and provides two independent outputs with a maximum current of 150mA each. The device has an ultra-low dropout voltage of 35mV at 150mA, ensuring efficient operation. It is stable with a minimum output capacitance of 1¬µF, which allows for reduced board space and component costs. The MIC5320-KDYMT-TR also includes thermal shutdown and current limit protection features, enhancing reliability in various applications such as mobile phones, PDAs, and digital cameras.
