The MIC4427 is a dual non-inverting low-side MOSFET driver capable of 1.5A peak output current, designed for driving capacitive, resistive, or inductive loads requiring fast switching and low impedance. It operates from 4.5V to 18V supply voltage and is available in SOIC-8, MSOP-8, and PDIP-8 packages. The device features matched rise and fall times of 20ns and 29ns respectively, a typical delay of 19ns, and output swing within 25mV of the supply rails.
