The MIC38HC44-1YM is a fixed frequency current-mode PWM controller designed for high efficiency in offline switched-mode power supplies and DC-DC converters. It features a peak output drive current of 1A and operates within a temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C. The device supports a maximum switching frequency of 500kHz and has fast output rise and fall times of 20ns and 15ns, respectively. This controller includes undervoltage lockout (UVLO) circuitry, allowing it to start up at 14.5V and operate down to 9V. It is pin-compatible with UC384x bipolar devices, making it suitable for applications requiring a compact design.
