The MIC2793LH-04VMT-TR is a voltage supervisor IC designed for monitoring critical microprocessor voltages. It operates within a supply voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V and features a high-accuracy threshold voltage of 0.4V with a typical threshold accuracy of ¬±1.0% across a temperature range of -40¬8C to +125¬8C. The device provides ultra-fast propagation delay of approximately 1¬µs and includes a programmable reset timeout delay that can be set between 1ms and 10s using an external capacitor.
