The MIC2777-28YM5-TR is a dual power supply supervisor designed for under-voltage monitoring and reset generation in a compact 5-pin SOT package. It features two independent under-voltage detectors: one with a fixed threshold and another that is user-adjustable, allowing for monitoring of supplies as low as 0.3V. The device provides both active-high and active-low reset outputs, which are asserted for a minimum of 140ms during power-on and whenever the monitored voltages drop below their respective thresholds. With a typical supply current of only 3.5¬µA, the MIC2777 is suitable for low-power applications. It includes hysteresis to prevent false triggering from noise and can be used in various applications, including monitoring processor voltages, embedded controllers, and telecommunications systems. The device operates over a temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C and supports supply voltages from 1.5V to 5.5V. The MIC2777 is also immune to brief input transients, ensuring reliable operation in dynamic environments.
