The MIC2214-NNYML-TR is a dual low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator designed for portable power management applications. It features two outputs, with the first capable of sourcing 150mA and the second sourcing up to 300mA. The device operates within an input voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V and offers a low dropout voltage of 80mV at 100mA, making it suitable for battery-operated devices. The MIC2214 provides high output accuracy of ¬±1.0% initially and ¬±2.0% over temperature, along with thermal shutdown and current limit protection. This regulator includes an open-drain driver for LED backlighting applications, capable of sinking 150mA, and features a power-on reset function with adjustable delay.
