The MIC2214-GKBML-TR is a dual low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator designed for portable power management applications. It features two outputs, with the first capable of sourcing 150mA and the second sourcing up to 300mA. The device operates within an input voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V and offers a low dropout voltage of 80mV at 100mA, making it suitable for battery-operated devices. This regulator has an ultra-low quiescent current of 48¬µA, enhancing its efficiency in power-sensitive applications. It includes a power-on reset function and an open-drain driver that can sink 150mA, which is particularly useful for LED backlighting. The MIC2214 is stable with small ceramic output capacitors, allowing for reduced board space and component costs.
