The MIC2214-DIYML-TR is a dual low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator designed for portable power management applications. It features two outputs, with the first capable of sourcing 150mA and the second sourcing up to 300mA. The device operates within an input voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V and offers a low dropout voltage of 80mV at 100mA, making it suitable for battery-operated devices. This regulator has an ultra-low quiescent current of 48¬µA, which enhances its efficiency in power-sensitive applications. It includes a power-on reset function with adjustable delay, an open-drain driver capable of sinking 150mA for LED backlighting, and a TTL-compatible enable pin that allows for a zero-off-mode current state when disabled. The MIC2214 is stable with small ceramic output capacitors, which reduces board space and component costs. The device is available in a compact 10-pin 3mm vó 3mm MLF,Ñ¢ package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs.
