The MIC1232MY is a low-current voltage supervisor designed for monitoring 5V systems. It features selectable reset thresholds of 5% or 10% of the supply voltage, with a typical supply current of 18¬µA and a maximum of 40¬µA. The device includes a watchdog timer with selectable timeout periods of 150ms, 600ms, or 1.2s, and provides dual reset outputs: an active-low open-drain output and an active-high push-pull output. The reset condition is asserted when the supply voltage drops below the threshold, the pushbutton reset is activated, or the watchdog timer times out. The reset outputs remain active for a minimum of 250ms after the reset condition is cleared. The MIC1232MY operates over a temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C and is available in an 8-pin SOIC package. It is also pin-for-pin compatible with other supervisors in its series, making it a suitable drop-in replacement for similar devices.
