The MCP1632 is a standalone, high-speed Pulse Width Modulator (PWM) controller. It offers an integrated, low-side MOSFET driver that supports Boost, SEPIC, and Flyback power conversion topologies, and can be configured as either a peak current mode controller, or a voltage mode controller. The MCP1632 is offered in two switching frequency options: 300kHz and 600kHz, enabling a balance of power conversion efficiency versus the overall size of the solution. Additional Features High-Speed Analog Pulse-Width Modulation Control Integrated Low-Side MOSFET Driver support many Low-Side Power Conversion Topologies Configurable as either a Peak Current Mode Controller or a Voltage Mode Controller Fixed Switching Frequency Options (fSW): 300 or 600 kHz Internal UVLO, OVLO, and over temperature protection
