The LAN7801-I/9JX is a single-chip SuperSpeed USB 3.1 Gen 1 to 10/100/1000 Ethernet controller designed for various applications, including automotive infotainment, notebook docking stations, and embedded systems. It features an integrated Ethernet MAC that supports full-duplex operation and complies with IEEE 802.3 standards. The controller offers low power consumption and is compliant with Energy Efficient Ethernet (IEEE 802.3az), with Wake on LAN support. This product supports multiple power management features and has 12 GPIOs, allowing for flexible integration into various systems. It operates within a commercial temperature range of 0¬8C to +70¬8C, as well as an automotive range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C, and an extended automotive range of -40¬8C to +105¬8C.
