The KSZ8041TL/FTL/MLL is a single-chip Ethernet transceiver that supports 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX, and 100BASE-FX standards, fully compliant with the IEEE 802.3u standard. It features a low power CMOS design with a power consumption of less than 180 mW. The device includes HP Auto MDI/MDI-X for reliable cable detection and correction, as well as LinkMD® TDR-based cable diagnostics to identify faulty copper cabling. It supports multiple interfaces including MII, RMII, and SMII, with options for external system clocks. The transceiver operates with a single power supply of 3.3V and includes a built-in 1.8V regulator for core operations. It is available in a 48-pin TQFP package and is suitable for various applications such as printers, game consoles, IPTV, and media converters.
