The MCP1316/16M/17/18/18 M/19/19M/20/21/22 are voltage supervisor devices designed to keep a microcontroller in reset until the system voltage has reached and stablized at a proper level for reliable system operation. These devices also protect from brown-out conditions when the system supply voltage drops below the specified threshold voltage level. Additional Features Low supply current Precision monitoring trip point options of 2.0V to 4.7V (100 mV increment) Reset microcontroller in a power loss event Reset delay time-out option: (1.4 ms, 30 ms, 200 ms, 1600 ms) Manual Reset Input (Active Low) Complementary Reset Output SOT-23-5 Pb-free packaging
