The DSC400-1111Q0120KE1 is a configurable four-output clock generator utilizing PureSilicon,Ñ¢ MEMS technology, designed to deliver low jitter performance with typical RMS phase jitter of less than 1 ps. It offers high stability with frequency variations of ¬±25 ppm and ¬±50 ppm, and operates over a wide temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C for industrial applications, and -20¬8C to +70¬8C for extended commercial use. This clock generator features four format-configurable outputs, supporting LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and LVCMOS interfaces. It includes a pin-selectable frequency table allowing for two frequency sets per bank, with a frequency range spanning from 2.3 MHz to 460 MHz. The device is packaged in a compact 20-pin QFN footprint measuring 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm, and is noted for its excellent shock and vibration immunity, as well as high reliability, being 20 times more reliable than quartz-based devices. The DSC400 is compliant with RoHS standards, lead-free, and AEC-Q100 automotive qualified, making it suitable for a variety of applications including communications, networking, automotive, and video surveillance systems.
