The DSC2011FI1-F0056 is a low-jitter configurable dual CMOS oscillator designed for high performance in various applications. Utilizing silicon MEMS technology, it offers low RMS phase jitter of less than 1 ps and high stability with options of ¬±10, ¬±25, or ¬±50 ppm. The device features two independent CMOS outputs, each capable of being powered by separate supply voltages, allowing for flexible voltage level control. The output frequencies can be identical or independently derived from a common PLL frequency source, with up to eight user-defined, pin-selectable output frequency combinations. The oscillator operates over a wide frequency range from 2.3 to 170 MHz and supports a temperature range from -55¬8C to 125¬8C for automotive applications, and -40¬8C to 105¬8C for industrial applications. It is packaged in a compact 14-pin QFN format measuring 3.2 x 2.5 mm and is compliant with RoHS standards. The DSC2011FI1-F0056 also features programmable output drive strengths to minimize EMI and noise, making it suitable for applications in consumer electronics, storage area networks, passive optical networks, and Ethernet systems.
