The DN3545N3-G is an N-channel depletion-mode vertical DMOS FET in a TO-92 package, designed for normally-on switching and amplifying applications requiring high breakdown voltage and high input impedance. It has a drain-to-source breakdown voltage of 450 V, a static on-state resistance of up to 20 Ω, and a saturated drain current of 200 mA. The device is RoHS compliant and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. It features low input capacitance, fast switching speeds, and is free from secondary breakdown.
