Microchip Technology, Inc. ATTINY102

Description
The high-performance Microchip tinyAVR® 8-bit RISC-based ATtiny102 microcontroller (MCU) combines 1 KB in-system programmable Flash memory, 32B SRAM, six general purpose I/O lines, 16 general purpose working registers, one 16-bit timer/counter with two PWM channels, internal and external interrupts, a 5-channel 10-bit A/D converter, on-chip analog comparator, one full-duplex USART, programmable watchdog timer with internal oscillator, internally calibrated oscillator, 10-bytes unique ID (serial number), three calibrated internal voltage references (1.1V, 2.2V and 4.3V), and four software selectable power saving modes. A version with faster startup time is available under a dedicated part number. The device operates between 1.8-5.5 volts. By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, the ATtiny102 MCU achieves throughputs approaching one MIPS per MHz, balancing power consumption and processing speed. The ATtiny102 product is a small, very versatile, low-cost, and easy-to-use microcontroller that fits almost any application. It can be used for system monitoring, battery measurements, battery charging, voltage measurements, current measurements, interface to buttons, switches, drive of small motors, drive of one or more LEDs, and so on. The USART provides a means for a wired or wireless interface, making it possible to create a powerful yet small and low-cost solution for all types of Internet of Things (IoT) end-nodes.
