The ATSAMC20G15A-ANT is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the Arm Cortex-M0+ architecture, designed to operate within a voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and a temperature range of -40¬8C to +125¬8C. It supports clock speeds of up to 48 MHz and features a variety of memory options, including 32KB of Flash and 4KB of SRAM. This microcontroller includes advanced peripherals such as a 12-channel Direct Memory Access Controller (DMAC), multiple Timer/Counters, and up to two Controller Area Network (CAN) interfaces. It also offers integrated analog capabilities with up to two 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADC) and a 10-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC). The device is equipped with low-power modes, including Idle and Standby Sleep modes, making it suitable for energy-sensitive applications. Additionally, it features a Power-on Reset (POR) and Brown-out Detection (BOD) for enhanced reliability. The ATSAMC20G15A-ANT is available in a 48-pin TQFP package and is drop-in compatible with the SAM D20 and SAM D21 series, facilitating design transitions.
