The AT94K10AL-25DQI is a monolithic Field Programmable System Level Integrated Circuit (FPSLIC) that combines a 10,000 gate SRAM-based FPGA with an embedded high-performance AVR 8-bit RISC microcontroller. It features up to 36 Kbytes of dynamically allocated instruction and data SRAM, and supports a variety of peripherals including two programmable UARTs and multiple timer/counter configurations. The device operates at a voltage range of 3.0V to 3.6V and is compliant with 3.3V PCI standards. It offers low static and dynamic power consumption, making it suitable for portable applications. The FPGA core supports dynamic reconfiguration and includes extensive on-chip debug support via a JTAG interface.
