The AT49F002-55VC is a 5-volt only in-system reprogrammable Flash memory device with a capacity of 2 megabits, organized as 262,144 words by 8 bits. The memory architecture includes one 16K byte boot block with programming lockout, two 8K byte parameter blocks, and two main memory blocks of 96K and 128K bytes.
