The AT29LV020-25TC is a 2-megabit (256K x 8) Flash memory device designed for 3-volt-only operation, with a supply voltage range of 3V to 3.6V. It includes two 8K-byte boot blocks with lockout protection and supports software data protection to prevent inadvertent programming.
