The APTGV100H60BTPG is a power module integrating a full-bridge IGBT configuration with a boost chopper for solar converter applications. The module uses Trench and Field Stop IGBTs for the top switches (600 V, 100 A at Tc = 80°C) and FAST NPT IGBTs for the bottom switches (600 V, 90 A at Tc = 80°C), with a CoolMOS™ device for the boost chopper (600 V, 95 A at Tc = 25°C). It features Kelvin emitters, very low stray inductance, internal thermistors for temperature monitoring, and direct heatsink mounting in an isolated package. The junction-to-case thermal resistance is 0.44 °C/W for the top IGBTs and 0.55 °C/W for the top diodes. It is RoHS compliant and supports switching frequencies up to 100 kHz for the bottom switches and 20 kHz for the top switches.
