APTGF50A120T1G is a phase-leg Non-Punch Through (NPT) IGBT power module designed for high-frequency applications such as welding converters, switched mode power supplies, uninterruptible power supplies, and motor control. It features a direct-mount isolated package with low junction-to-case thermal resistance, internal NTC thermistor for temperature monitoring, and solderable terminals for easy PCB assembly. The module has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 1200 V, continuous collector current of 50 A at 80°C case temperature, and supports switching frequencies up to 50 kHz. Maximum power dissipation is 312 W at 25°C. It meets RoHS compliance and has an isolation voltage of 2500 V RMS.
