The 25LC080/P is an 8 Kbit Serial Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM) from Quarktwin Technology Ltd., designed for use with a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) bus. It operates within a voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and supports a maximum clock frequency of 2 MHz. The device features low-power CMOS technology, with a maximum write current of 3 mA, a typical read current of 500 ¬µA, and a standby current of 500 nA. This EEPROM has a memory organization of 1024 x 8 bits and supports 16-byte page writes, with a maximum write cycle time of 5 ms.
