The Microchip 24AA01H/24LC01BH is a 1 Kbit Electrically Erasable PROM organized as a single block of 128 x 8-bit memory. It features a 2-wire I2C compatible serial interface and operates with a supply voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V for the 24AA01H variant and 2.5V to 5.5V for the 24LC01BH variant. The EEPROM includes a hardware write-protect feature for half of the memory array, ensuring data integrity.
