The Microchip 24AA01H/24LC01BH is a 1 Kbit Electrically Erasable PROM organized as a single block of 128 x 8-bit memory. It features a 2-wire I2C compatible serial interface and operates with a supply voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V for the 24AA01H variant and 2.5V to 5.5V for the 24LC01BH variant. The device supports clock frequencies of up to 400 kHz and has a low-power consumption profile, with a maximum read current of 1 mA and standby current of 1 OºA. The EEPROM includes a hardware write-protect feature for half of the memory array, ensuring data integrity.
