The Microchip Technology Inc. 24AA16H is a 16 Kbit Electrically Erasable PROM organized into eight blocks of 256 x 8-bit memory. It features a 2-wire I2C compatible serial interface and operates at a voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V.
