The Microchip 24AA02H/24LC02BH is a 2 Kbit EEPROM organized as a single block of 256 x 8-bit memory. It operates with a supply voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V for the 24AA02H variant and 2.5V to 5.5V for the 24LC02BH variant. The device features a 2-wire I2C compatible interface with a maximum clock frequency of 400 kHz. It supports low-power operation with a read current of 1 mA and a standby current of 1 OºA. The EEPROM has a page write capability of up to 8 bytes and a typical page write time of 3 ms.
