The SI6303KDWS is a dual N-channel MOSFET in an SOT-363S package, designed for voltage-controlled small signal switching. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 30 V and a continuous drain current of 0.5 A at 25°C, decreasing to 0.3 A at 100°C. The device features a maximum power dissipation of 0.3 W, a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, and a thermal resistance of 410°C/W.
