The MMS9018 is an NPN silicon transistor in an SOT-23 package, rated for a collector-emitter voltage of 18 V, a continuous collector current of 50 mA, and a power dissipation of 200 mW. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, with a thermal resistance of 625°C/W from junction to ambient. The device features a DC current gain (hFE) range of 70 to 200, collector-emitter saturation voltage up to 0.5 V, and a transition frequency of 600 MHz. It is halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The part is marked J8 and is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
