The MIS80N120NT1YHE3 is an AEC-Q101 qualified IGBT designed for PTC heater applications, with a 1200V blocking voltage and 80A continuous collector current at 100°C. It is packaged in an STO-220 case with dimensions of 15.00mm max length, 11.54mm max width, and 4.74mm max height. The device features a maximum junction temperature of 150°C, a thermal resistance from junction to case of 0.17°C/W, and a positive temperature coefficient for improved reliability.
