The MIF450R12E3TL is a 1200V, 450A IGBT module with an integrated ultra-fast and soft recovery anti-parallel diode, designed for high-frequency switching applications such as AC/DC servo drives and UPS systems. It features a low-inductance E3 package, a maximum junction temperature of 175°C, and a total power dissipation of 2340 W at maximum junction temperature. The module has a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 2.20 V at 450 A and 25°C, and exhibits a positive temperature coefficient for thermal stability. It supports a short-circuit capability of 2250 A for up to 10 μs. The package weighs 345 g and requires 3-5 N·m torque for both module and heatsink mounting. The epoxy meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and the device is RoHS compliant.
