The MIB20N65AT0Y is a 650 V, 20 A IGBT in a D2PAK package, designed for hard and soft switching applications such as motor drives and air conditioning inverters. It features a maximum junction temperature of 175°C, a positive temperature coefficient, and a thermal resistance from junction to case of 1.25°C/W for the IGBT. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. It supports a pulsed collector current of 60 A and has a short-circuit withstand time of 5 µs.
