The MCU15N10B is an N-channel MOSFET designed for switch-mode power applications using trench power technology. It is housed in a DPAK package measuring 10.40 mm x 6.70 mm x 6.20 mm, with a thermal resistance of 3°C/W junction to case and 40°C/W junction to ambient. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 100 V, continuous drain current of 15 A at 25°C, and power dissipation of 41 W. The gate-source voltage is ±20 V, with a gate threshold voltage of 1.2 V to 2.5 V and on-resistance of 78 mΩ at 10 V gate drive. It meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and is RoHS compliant. The device is rated for operation from -55°C to +150°C junction temperature and includes a reverse recovery time of 39 ns and total gate charge of 20.6 nC.
