Micro Commercial Components Corp. Single Bipolar Transistors MCP618-TP

The MCP618 is an NPN silicon planar transistor designed for general-purpose switching applications, housed in a DFN2020-3A package measuring 2.10 mm × 1.90 mm. It has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 25 V, a continuous collector current of 2.5 A, and a power dissipation of 1.5 W with a junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 83°C/W. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability ratings. It is RoHS compliant and halogen-free. Current gain ranges from 100 to 300 depending on collector current, with a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 0.20 V at 2.5 A and a base-emitter saturation voltage of 1.0 V under the same conditions. Transition frequency is 100 MHz.
