Dual N-channel MOSFET in an 8-lead PDFN5060-8D package, designed for low RDS(on) and high current switching applications. The device has a drain-source voltage rating of 40 V and continuous drain current of 30 A at 25°C, falling to 19 A at 100°C. Thermal resistance is 3.5°C/W junction to case and 50°C/W junction to ambient on a 1 in² FR-4 board. AEC-Q101 qualified with UL 94 V-0 epoxy, RoHS compliant, and moisture sensitivity level 1. Operating junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C.
