MCAC140N04Y is an N-channel MOSFET using Split Gate Trench technology, housed in a DFN5060 package measuring 6.35 mm x 5.64 mm. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 40 V, a continuous drain current of 140 A at 25°C, and a total power dissipation of 150 W. The device features a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 1°C/W and a junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 50°C/W when mounted on a 1 in² FR-4 board. It supports a maximum junction temperature of 175°C and is RoHS compliant.
