The MCAC115P02 is a P-channel MOSFET designed for low-voltage switching applications using trench power technology. It is packaged in a DFN5060 case measuring 6.35 mm x 5.64 mm and is rated for a maximum drain-source voltage of -20 V and a continuous drain current of -115 A at 25°C. The device has a maximum on-resistance of 4 mΩ at -4.5 V gate drive and 3.2 mΩ at -10 V gate drive, with a total gate charge of 221 nC. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, with a thermal resistance of 50°C/W from junction to ambient and 1.5°C/W from junction to case. The part is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards.
