The FMMT491B-TP is an NPN bipolar transistor in an SOT-23 package, designed for general-purpose switching and amplification applications. It has a collector-base and collector-emitter voltage rating of 40 V, a collector current rating of 1 A, and a maximum power dissipation of 300 mW. The device features a DC current gain (hFE) ranging from 200 to 900 at 500 mA collector current, with a collector-emitter saturation voltage of up to 0.5 V at 1 A collector current and 100 mA base current.
