Micro Commercial Components Corp. Bipolar Transistor Arrays, Pre-Biased EMD9-TP

The EMD9-TP is a dual digital transistor package containing an NPN and PNP transistor, housed in a SOT-563 surface-mount package measuring 1.10 to 1.30 mm in body width and 1.50 to 1.70 mm in length. It supports a maximum supply voltage of ±50 V and an output current of ±100 mA, with a power dissipation limit of 150 mW and a junction temperature rating up to 150°C. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. Both transistors feature independent biasing resistors with an input resistance of 7 to 13 kΩ and a resistance ratio of 3.7 to 5.7. Transition frequency is 250 MHz under specified conditions.
