DTC124XUA is an NPN digital transistor array with integrated bias resistors, housed in a SOT-323 package measuring 2.20 mm × 1.35 mm × 2.45 mm. It operates with a supply voltage up to 50 V, an output current of 100 mA, and a power dissipation of 200 mW. The junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C. The device features an input resistance ratio of 1.7 to 2.6 between resistors R1 and R2, a DC current gain of 68 at 5 V and 5 mA, and a transition frequency of 200 MHz. The epoxy encapsulation meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and the part is RoHS compliant and halogen-free. Thermal resistance is 625 °C/W from junction to ambient.
