DTA123YM is a PNP pre-biased bipolar transistor in an SOT-723 package measuring 1.30 mm × 1.10 mm × 0.90 mm, designed for digital switching applications. It operates with a maximum supply voltage of -50 V, output current of -100 mA, and power dissipation of 100 mW, with a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The device features an input resistance of 1.54 to 2.86 kΩ, a resistance ratio of R2/R1 of 3.6 to 5.5, and DC current gain of at least 33 at -10 mA output current.
