The BC857S is a PNP multi-chip transistor in a SOT-363 package, measuring 2.00 to 2.45 mm in length, 1.15 to 1.35 mm in width, and 0.15 to 0.35 mm in height, designed for general-purpose switching and amplification. It has a collector-emitter voltage rating of -45 V, collector current of -200 mA, and power dissipation of 300 mW. The junction temperature ranges from -55°C to +150°C, with thermal resistance of 417°C/W. DC current gain (hFE) ranges from 125 to 630 at -5 V and -2 mA.
