The BC856B is a PNP silicon transistor designed for switching and audio frequency amplifier applications, housed in an SOT-23 package measuring up to 3.04 mm in length, 2.64 mm in width, and 1.40 mm in height. It has a collector-base voltage rating of -80 V, collector-emitter voltage of -65 V, and emitter-base voltage of -5 V, with a maximum collector current of -100 mA and power dissipation of 310 mW at 50°C. The device operates within a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and RoHS compliance.
