Micro Commercial Components Corp. Single Bipolar Transistors B772-GR-TP

The B772-GR-TP is a PNP silicon bipolar transistor in a DPAK surface mount package, rated for 3.0 A collector current, 40 V collector-base voltage, and 30 V collector-emitter breakdown voltage. It dissipates up to 1.25 W and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The transistor has a minimum DC current gain (hFE) of 160 and a maximum of 320, as specified for the GR classification. Collector-emitter saturation voltage is ≤0.5 V at -2.0 A collector current and -0.2 A base current. The case is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and MSL 1. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging for automated assembly, containing 2,500 units per reel. It is halogen-free upon request with the -HF suffix.
