The MIC2774L-29YM5 is a dual micro-power low voltage supervisor designed to monitor two independent power supplies for undervoltage conditions. It features one fixed and one user-adjustable input, allowing for monitoring of supplies as low as 0.3V. The device provides a choice of ten factory-programmed thresholds and generates a minimum 140ms power-on reset pulse. It includes a manual reset input and offers various reset output configurations, including active-low and open-drain options. The supervisor operates with a typical supply current of 3.5µA and is housed in a compact 5-pin SOT-23 package. It is suitable for applications such as monitoring processor ASICs or FPGAs, embedded controllers, telecommunications systems, and networking hardware. The MIC2774L-29YM5 is a pin-compatible upgrade for the MAX6306/09/12 series.
