Key Benefits:
Torqueleader Electric Torque Screwdrivers are ideal for use in high volume production environments due to their durability, accuracy and repeatable performance
Precise torque control is achieved by the use of low voltage motors combined with an advanced electronic control system
Production yields and product quality are enhanced as the integrity of sensitive electronic components is assured as the tools are designed for use in Electrostatic Protected Areas
CE Electric Screwdrivers are less expensive to maintain than air operated models and utilise simple, serviceable motor brushes and low voltage motors that resist burn out
The EF and K series screwdrivers ensure accuracy in the fastening process with precision automatic shut off when the preset torque is achieved
Production down time is minimised by the tools rugged design and ease of servicing
Production efficiency is ensured by reducing operator fatigue due to the tools ergonomic design that gives user comfort and ease of use
Accurate process control is achieved as the torque setting is user adjustable and set against an external scale and a supplied torque reference graph
A range of driver arms, accessories and power bits are available - download the leaflet for more details or contact the Sales Team on +44 (0) 1483 894476
Technical Information:
To avoid potential damage to delicate fasteners and components, a user selectable soft start mode ensures that the operator gets the correct engagement with the fastener before the tool achieves its full working speed. Modes range from 0.2 to 0.6 seconds. The unit will store the last mode used ready for the next time the unit is switched on
Precise torque control is achieved by a user selectable double peak function for soft joint applications. The double hit mode performs a second peak torque application to stabilise the joint after relaxation
Easy to use as the intuitive controller LED system advises which mode is in use and the high/low speed button allows the operator to select the correct speed for a particular application
Long service life is ensured by built in overheat and over current protection. The advanced temperature detection system will power down the controller and automatically reset when the temperature returns to normal. The unit will also reset if the motor current is too high
