The Em5b is a five-channel mini-logger for use with select ECH2O sensors*. It is a low-cost, limited-use alternative to the Em50 datalogger. The Em5b uses 4 AAA-size alkaline batteries, which should last 5-6 months, and has 49K of Flash Data memory (145 days at 1 scan/hour).
The Em5b comes with ECH2O Utility software for setting up and downloading data.
*EC-5, -10, and -20 sensors as well as the rain gauge and ECT temperature sensor.
