Our Solid Wedge Gate Valves are available in both NRS and OS&Y bonnet configuration options. Both styles are available with Flanged ends and MJ ends in nominal pipe sizes 3” through 48” NPS. Available with hand wheels, operating nuts and when required, cast mounting pads for gears or electric actuators. Valves are protected externally and internally with coatings conforming with AWWA C500. Valuable engineering features include:
Ductile iron for added strength and reduced weight.
Close-fitting stem to wedge engagement maintains alignment.
Extra-wide, bronze disc and seat ring faces provide large seating area.
Corrosion-resistance stainless steel stem and hardware.
Full-flow waterway.
Solid, single-piece tapered wedge assures excellent performance and prevents clogging.
